Ben & Heather Echevarria

Working for someone else never really interested Ben and Heather Echevarria; however, they found that it was a necessary evil after completing high school. Ben began working in the underground mines surrounding Elko, Nevada, while Heather began diligently working on her accounting degree through the University of Phoenix Online while working full-time at a local CPA firm.

After 9/11 Ben and Heather saw a tremendous drop in their retirement accounts and decided that it was time for a change. Ben was the first to realize that simply working longer hours would not get them from where they were to where they wanted to be financially in the future. They began looking for a way to spend more time doing what they love most—spending quality time with their two daughters, Lacey and Whitnee. Luckily, a friend cared enough to share the real estate investing vision that is Nouveau Riche and Ben and Heather decided to jump in with both feet. Thanks to the incredible education they obtained, they realized enormous success in real estate very quickly! They learned first-hand, as many others within Nouveau Riche have learned, that education does not cost money -- it makes money!

Ben and Heather have been instrumental in cultivating the Idaho market, sharing their passion for education and real estate investing with many others. They look forward to continuing to share the knowledge and opportunities with the growing Nouveau Riche Community.

Charles Hosea

Immigrating to America as a young boy whose parents sought out greater opportunity for their family, Charles Hosea recognized his parents’ vision, and the extreme importance of holding tight to a strong vision. Although he didn’t speak English, Charles had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for the opportunities available to him in the United States, and a desire to give back.

Upon his arrival in America, he helped out with his father’s landscaping business. During this time, Charles learned the ins and outs of business and consulted with his father’s established clients, who taught him about real estate as a route to wealth creation.

Now, the proud father of seven children and two grandchildren, Charles owns a Social Service agency, which he established in 1994, that serves under-privileged children and families, youth-at-risk and disabled adults. In August of 2003, he discovered Nouveau Riche—an opportunity to transform his life and a new way to pay forward his blessings to countless others, including the islanders of Hawaii.

He says, “One of my favorite quotes is ‘When there is no vision, the people perish.’” Charles thanks Nouveau Riche Co-founders Jim and Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder for their strong vision and the opportunity to help others. He describes Nouveau Riche’s leaders as “people with enough passion to light the rest of us on fire.”

Possessing a true gift for establishing and conquering goals, and helping others to achieve greatness, Charles infuses others with his giving nature and wisdom. His desire is to enrich as many lives as possible with Nouveau Riche. He says, “Something becomes of great value only when it is shared….Others get to feel and enjoy what it is that you’ve come to enjoy. I am grateful for my family, and the association with Nouveau Riche and its leaders.” Charles offers these words of reflection: “Think again about your person and why you’re here. Think again about other people’s lives and the opportunity [of Nouveau Riche that] you can use to bless other people’s lives…”

Since joining Nouveau Riche, Charles has taken his dreams to a whole new level, achieving success both personally and professionally, and teaching others his winning combination of heart and knowledge.

Tami & Andre Popa

Andre was born in Romania under Communism and came to America with nothing and did not speak English. As a young boy, he was forced to go to work and help the family survive. He decided early on to live the "American Dream", and knew the only way to achieve his dreams was through business ownership. Lack of financial education created many road-blocks to his success as he made a lot of money and lost a lot of money in various businesses.

Tami was born in St. Paul, MN. She grew up the only child of a single Mother and moved every year. She started working at the age of 12 and never stopped. Big dreams and a burning desire to change the course of her family’s financial future led her down an entrepreneurial path. By the age of 19, she came across a company where she was able to achieve 5 figures a month in income.

Andre and Tami met in 2000 and put their entrepreneurial heads together and started a Design and Construction Firm in LA, catering to a high end and celebrity clientele. They built that company from scratch into a very successful business, but sacrificed their time and freedom in the process. They realized that with a nice house, cars and two beautiful little girls that they didn't have enough time to enjoy it all, and were not living the American Dream. Their only solution at the time was to get even bigger, until they found the real solution June 22, 2006 . . . Nouveau Riche! They joined NR to learn more about real estate, as they had played in real estate since they met, making a lot of money on high end fix and flips, but knew they had so much more to learn. NR’s unparalleled education has afforded them the opportunity to take their real estate investing to the next level and walk away from their stressful business and lifestyle that once “owned” them!

Today, they are enjoying their new found freedom as successful real estate investors with NR. They have learned that success is a decision and with the “RIGHT” education and system . . . you can live the “American Dream”!

Chris Record

Growing up Chris Record watched his mom struggle financially and knew that working for someone else wasn't going to provide enough income to help his family. So, at age 21, he started up his own Web site design and marketing business. Chris soon learned the hard way that even though he owned his own business, his business actually owned him. He found himself working 12-20 hour days just to stay afloat. Then, in 2005, sudden changes to his industry motivated him to look for a new career path. Chris started pursuing real estate investing with a business partner, only to find himself lost without the right knowledge of how to properly put together his real estate deals. At that moment he started looking for a source of education that could help him become a successful real estate investor. Then a good friend introduced him to Nouveau Riche. Chris enrolled as a student and started attending classes on real estate investing and entrepreneurship. He quickly realized that if he had applied these skills in his previous business, he would have saved himself from tens of thousands of dollars in mistakes and potentially attained much greater success. Using the knowledge that he learned through Nouveau Riche, Chris set up a profitable business that has generated well over half a million dollars in revenues and has given him more free time to spend with friends and family. Now, Chris has a passion to "pay it forward" and help as many people as possible towards achieving their dreams and goals through proper financial education.

Through the leadership and mentorship of Nouveau Riche founders Jim Piccolo and Bob Snyder, Chris Record has been instrumental in developing the Virginia and North Carolina markets. Chris and his fiancé Vanessa live in Cary, North Carolina and believe “the key to success is finding the optimal balance in the following five areas: Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness, and Finances.”

Jeff Thompson

Jeff is from Portland, Oregon and is the oldest of seven children. Leadership, responsibility, and discipline are skills that were learned and expected of him both inside and outside the home. He credits his parents for creating an atmosphere of achievement and an entrepreneurial spirit in their home. His father was a great mentor in helping Jeff set up a business while in high school that opened his mind to the possibilities of business ownership.

Jeff married his wife, Britt, and they graduated from college in 1992 and started down career paths. After several companies and promises crumbled along with their hopes and dreams, Jeff and Britt focused on a company they started and had moonlighted with in their free time. Although successful, the major economic shifts in 2000-2001 proved even small business owners need to be diversified. Creating success and financial freedom is an interest and major area of study for Jeff, and Nouveau Riche was a developing opportunity in 2002 that he felt he had been preparing for!

Jeff and Britt credit Nouveau Riche as a premiere company that provides individuals and families the opportunity to achieve dreams and financial freedoms. It has been challenging to tackle real estate, and rewarding to be a part of a community of succeeding individuals. The NR experience has been exceptional for Jeff and Britt, a community where success is abundant and not just a possibility but their reality!

Family is truly Jeff’s first priority and he enjoys newfound freedoms, travel, and time with Britt and their children He is an avid skier and can be found making turns or backpacking in the mountains around home when downtime is needed. Jeff and Britt have four children, Alec, Parker, Lauren, and Madeline.

Chad Wade

While growing up, Chad had many business ventures such as lawn mowing, auto detailing, and door to door sales. Chad worked with his family in their local dry cleaning business for 13 years. He started out at minimum wage and worked his way up to the top. When Chad was 19 and working at the family business, he began his personal development with mentors like Anthony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, and Og Mandino, and became a licensed facilitator and mentor for Og Mandino. Soon Chad became dissatisfied with his income and he realized there was more “out there” for him.

In 1998 Chad created Team Mastermind to mentor and support people in getting out of the rat race and moving toward their success. Team Mastermind started with three people: Chad, his brother, and a good friend. Within a short period of time they grew to a large organization of people. Chad knew he loved helping people and wanted to find a company where he could make a living helping other people. He started looking at what was available and soon found the great leaders of Nouveau Riche, Jim Piccolo and Bob Snyder. Chad joined Jim and Bob in August of 2000 and then jumped at the opportunity to join Nouveau Riche in December of 2002 and learn how to build a thriving real estate portfolio.

Chad Wade has been able to create great success in real estate and help many others do the same. He currently resides in Salt Lake City and has four children.

Jason Nedrow

Born and raised in Idaho, Jason Nedrow came from a family of farmers who taught him how to work hard at an early age. He went to college to study Mechanical Engineering but, realizing that he didn’t want to work for someone else, dropped out after three years. Before finding Nouveau Riche, Jason had spent the last decade working as a door-to-door vacuum salesman. It was a demanding job that, although provided steady income, left no time to spend with his expanding family. Jason felt that his job owned him and that he was missing out on his life. After much research and soul searching for a career he could feel passionate about, Jason found Nouveau Riche in January of 2005. Although Jason had no prior real estate experience, he believed in the Nouveau Riche system and devoted himself to becoming a success.

Today, Jason has found the balance between reaching his financial goals and spending quality time with his beautiful wife of 15 years, Rebecca, and their 5 amazing children. He credits Nouveau Riche Co-founders Jim Piccolo, Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder for changing his life and allowing him to do something he loves.

Justin Yates

Justin’s decision to join the Nouveau Riche family has proven to be the best business decision of his life and has absolutely changed his destiny.

Since being involved with Nouveau Riche, Justin has utilized the educational system to buy and sell millions of dollars of real estate. His enthusiasm for real estate has helped him build his portfolio, change his family’s life, and take charge of designing their future.

Justin’s education background consists of a Bachelors degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Masters degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University. He is passionate about education and, in particular, gaining the education needed to create wealth and financial freedom.

Justin is happily married to his beautiful wife Sally and has three handsome boys. He views Nouveau Riche as the system that has enabled him to create financial freedom for his family.
