Ben & Heather Echevarria

Working for someone else never really interested Ben and Heather Echevarria; however, they found that it was a necessary evil after completing high school. Ben began working in the underground mines surrounding Elko, Nevada, while Heather began diligently working on her accounting degree through the University of Phoenix Online while working full-time at a local CPA firm.

After 9/11 Ben and Heather saw a tremendous drop in their retirement accounts and decided that it was time for a change. Ben was the first to realize that simply working longer hours would not get them from where they were to where they wanted to be financially in the future. They began looking for a way to spend more time doing what they love most—spending quality time with their two daughters, Lacey and Whitnee. Luckily, a friend cared enough to share the real estate investing vision that is Nouveau Riche University and Ben and Heather decided to jump in with both feet. Thanks to the incredible education they obtained, they realized enormous success in real estate very quickly! They learned first-hand, as many others within Nouveau Riche University have learned, that education does not cost money -- it makes money!

Ben and Heather have been instrumental in cultivating the Idaho market, sharing their passion for education and real estate investing with many others. They look forward to continuing to share the knowledge and opportunities with the growing Nouveau Riche University Community.

Marc Gleeman

At an early age, Marc learned that when he grew up he would have a choice to either practice free enterprise or work for somebody that does. Marc liked the idea of getting wealthy, and when a successful entrepreneur invited him to look at owning his own enterprise, he decided to pursue a career in the fragrance industry. He opened 20 offices domestically while also spending a great deal of time in the South of France creating and importing fragrances. It was during this time in Marc's career that he realized the value of time freedom and the need for balance in his life. Although he was earning a multiple six-figure income, he did not have any personal time freedom, and the money didn't matter anymore. Marc began his search for a better lifestyle, a life in balance. After nearly 16 years in an industry he loved, he made the decision to sell it all and pursue an opportunity to be at home and have the time freedom he'd always wanted. Hence, after a few false starts, a new and tremendously successful career was born. Marc met Jim and Mary in 1998 on a three-day tire-kicking mission to learn about a company they had started and were enjoying phenomenal success with. Marc went home to California more excited than he'd been in years.

He signed up right away and very quickly achieved success at the highest levels. He consistently made the Top Ten List of Income Earners, nationwide. Marc trained thousands, spoke nationally, and acted as Master of Ceremonies at corporate functions and events. He was elected to the Presidential Advisory Board in 1999 and earned the Five Star award for outstanding leadership in 2000. In 2001, Management honored him and showed their appreciation for his hard work, dedication and support by giving him the Pinnacle Award. Also in 2001, he earned the highly coveted Chairman's Award for being the year's Number One Income Earner. He is now even more energized to be a part of Nouveau Riche University, where he continues to display his dedication, training, and leadership abilities. He is happy to be working with his team in Arizona and looks forward to helping others achieve the success they dream of.

Nancy Dana

Nancy Dana and Justin MacCarthy are partners in Group Four Homes, LLC, a successful real estate investing firm. Group Four Homes has invested in real estate across the United States in such transactions as fix and flip, townhome and condominium conversions, lease options, and buy and hold. In the past 2 1/2 years they have acquired over $4.5 million in real estate without using any of their own money or credit.

Nancy Dana has spent almost all of her life as an entrepreneur. Before becoming a real estate investor, Nancy was a speaker, trainer and business coach. She has worked with business owners, Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in areas such as personal development, conflict resolution, leadership, communication and sales. Nancy looks forward to using the skills she honed training large corporations to help people in the Nouveau Riche community reach their dreams.

A law school graduate from Ireland, Justin moved to the United States in 1993, and has since become an accomplished entrepreneur, launching and managing several businesses, including a publishing company, a telemarketing call center, and multiple real estate investment firms. As a Senior Vice President with Nouveau Riche, Justin looks forward to helping our community members achieve financial freedom and become connoisseurs of life.

Jeff Thompson

Jeff was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and is the oldest of seven children. Leadership, responsibility, and discipline are skills that were learned and expected of him both inside and outside the home. He credits his parents for creating an atmosphere of achievement and an entrepreneurial spirit in their home. His father was a great mentor in helping Jeff set up a business while in high school that opened his mind to the possibilities of business ownership. The skills learned in these experiences helped Jeff support himself through college managing restaurants and other businesses.

After college, a trip to the national parks of southern Utah, Colorado, and Arizona, and some skiing and backpacking excursions into the mountains of the Wasatch Range, Jeff knew he had found his home in the Rocky Mountain area. He graduated from college with a B.S. degree in 1992 and started climbing corporate ladders.

After the first three companies crumbled while on this climb, Jeff returned to the security of business ownership bringing to the forefront a design and space planning company he and his wife, Britt, had started and moonlighted with along the way.

The study of building businesses and creating success has been a major focus and pastime for Jeff over the last 5 years. Nouveau Riche University is an opportunity Jeff feels he had been preparing for! It has been challenging to tackle real estate as well as sales and marketing, and rewarding to network with succeeding individuals and mentors.

Family is truly Jeff’s first priority and he enjoys time with his kids and working on being a better dad than he was the day before. He is an avid skier and can be found making turns or backpacking in the mountains around home when downtime is needed. Jeff and Britt live in Salt Lake City, Utah with their four children Alec, Parker, Lauren, and Madeline.

Cheri Tree

As the daughter of an Officer and U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, Cheri learned a lot about freedom, cultures, relationships, discipline, independence, and the drive to excel and be all that she could be. She grew up living all around the world with her parents and five other siblings in countries across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia and graduated from a military boarding school in London, England. She went on to attend a major university where she studied business and finance, as well as recreation and leadership.

Cheri learned at an early age that she was a "free spirit" and discovered her passion for business and free enterprise and decided that she would rather be an entrepreneur than ever work for a paycheck. She started her own candy wholesaling business at age 13 and went on to run her own recreation party company in college, as well as being a white water rafting guide. Realizing that her passion for running rivers, camping and traveling with loved ones would be eroded away by the necessity of earning a living, Cheri decided to embark on a mission to discover the road to wealth and abundance. She entered the world of financial planning and was promoted to a Regional Vice President with a Fortune 100 company. However, she became more and more frustrated with giving "traditional financial advice" that seemed to trap people consistently in Middle Class. At the age of 27, Cheri read the book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ and became an advocate of teaching sound business and financial principles of the wealthy by playing a board game and hosting discussion groups. By age 30, Cheri discovered Nouveau Riche University, the launch pad to her current success in business and real estate investing.

Cheri consistently made the Top Ten list of income earners nationwide and has developed a real estate portfolio with properties spanning the country, and currently shares her time living in California and Hawaii. In 2005, Cheri was awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Award for being the Number One Income Earner for 2004. Her passion for business and her drive to help other people enjoy tremendous financial success contributes to the overall success of our Nouveau Riche Community.

Chad Wade

Chad has lived in the Salt Lake City area his whole life. While growing up, Chad had many business ventures such as lawn mowing, auto detailing, and door to door sales. Chad worked with his family in their local dry cleaning business for 13 years. He started out at minimum wage and worked his way up to the top. When Chad was 19 and working at the family business, he began his personal development with mentors like Anthony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, and Og Mandino, and became a licensed facilitator and mentor for Og Mandino. Soon Chad became dissatisfied with his income and he realized there was more “out there” for him.

In 1998 Chad created Team Mastermind to mentor and support people in getting out of the rat race and moving toward their success. Team Mastermind started with three people: Chad, his brother, and a good friend. Within a short period of time they grew to over 45 people. Chad knew he loved helping people and wanted to find a company where he could make a living helping other people. He started looking at what was available and soon found the great leaders of Nouveau Riche University, Jim Piccolo and Bob Snyder. Chad joined Jim and Bob in August of 2000, where he quickly surfaced to the top in the company. Chad jumped at the opportunity to join Jim and Bob in Nouveau Riche University in December of 2002. And once again he rose to the top.

Chad takes great pride in helping others succeed. He has asssisted many, creating numerous success stories through Nouveau Riche University. Chad has trained many of the leaders in Nouveau Riche University, and is eager to continue to assist others in creating a better future for themselves and their families. Chad lives in Salt Lake City and has four children.

Justin Yates

Justin’s decision two years ago to join the Nouveau Riche family has proven to be the best business decision of his life and has absolutely changed his destiny. In the past two years, Justin has excelled as a top leader within the Nouveau Riche system. He currently is the Independent National Senior Advisor over Southern California.

Since being involved with Nouveau Riche University, Justin has utilized their educational system to buy and sell over 4 million dollars of real estate. His enthusiasm for real estate has not only helped him build his portfolio, but has also allowed him to assist many clients throughout the country do the same. His greatest pleasure in business is to see his clients change their lives and start designing their future.

Justin’s education background consists of a Bachelors degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Masters degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University. Justin is happily married to his beautiful wife Sally and has three handsome boys.
