As a partner and practicing attorney in the law firm of Kyler, Kohler & Ostermiller, LLP, Mat Sorensen currently concentrates on business, tax and real estate. His diverse legal background ranges from a former in-house attorney and law clerk handling business, tax and regulatory matters for large corporations, to a former Assistant Attorney General in the Utah Attorney General's Office, where he prosecuted felony criminal cases, including felony tax fraud.

Mat received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Utah, where he was awarded the E. Rich Brewer Scholarship and graduated Phi Kappa Phi. He then received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and was awarded a University Scholarship at entrance.

Mat Sorensen takes great pride in providing high quality services and lending his culled knowledge to assist Nouveau Riche Community Members. He divulges legal concepts, procedures and structures to help real estate investors legally protect their assets and conduct their investment transactions.
