![]() ![]() This was THE event for Nouveau Riche ISAs—a fine dining and recognition awards event joining the internal team and select ISAs from across the markets to celebrate their success! Attendees shared in NR founders Jim and Mary Piccolo’s presentation of heartfelt awards to internal team members and “The General” Bob Snyder honored ISAs with recognition awards, including the new ISA achievement ring for ISAs who earned up to one million dollars! This custom ring is designed to remind winners of their current success and to keep building off that current success to fill in those diamonds! What’s even more astonishing about these income earners' achievements….the year isn’t even closed yet!! They’re simply unstoppable…look out as the momentum builds for 2008! The energy was out of this world at this truly awe-inspiring event! If you missed out this year, keep building your success and learn from those who have traveled the path to a successful business. Utilizing QuickBooks® software, this hands-on, introductory level learning session helps students get their real estate investment businesses up and running. Walking through company set-up and management functions, students learn how to track money coming into and going out of their businesses by categorizing income and expenses, creating a chart of accounts, developing corporate and personal financial reports, and more. To get the most out of this educational experience, students must bring laptops loaded with a current version of QuickBooks® Pro for Windows® PC to class.
