Content: Students will learn how to select and assemble a team of professionals for support in building a successful real estate investing business. Students examine how each key team member can make and save the investor valuable time and money. Students will learn various strategies for selecting and working effectively with acquisition, financial/business, property management, and selling team members. Course Objectives: Identify the key members of your Power Team and their roles. Understand the criteria for selecting a team of professionals to help build and support a successful real estate investing business. Understand the concept of leveraging team members’ skill sets.
