Topics include: business management principles, key accounting statistical measurements, basic accounting and bookkeeping requirements, cash flow requirements and planning, how to perform a detailed property analysis, required business financial statements, business banking and establishment of business credit, understanding the legal entities that are typically used by investors, and a review of the impact of tax savings achieved through ownership of real estate investments.   more »
