Dear Students,

If you remember, we were able to spend Friday Night together at the December College and talk about Retirement Plans and Real Estate with Curtis DeYoung and Craig Cottrell. I hope many of you thought it was as fun and informational as I did.  At that session, I promised to try and design some slides that captured our meeting.  Well, here they are!!  Please forgive me for not sending them to you sooner. I still hope that they can be of assistance to you and please note that I put Curtis, Craig and my own contact information on the first slide if you have any follow up questions.

The NRU College classes are so popular that we’ve added more classrooms!  If you previously tried to schedule a class and it was sold out, you may now have an opportunity to get a seat!  Be sure to check the online class schedule frequently — with more classrooms opened up, additional spots in classes may currently be available, and more spots may open up later as Students make changes to their schedules.  (Remember that changes to your classes can be made up until 8:30pm the day before a class is held-- subject to availability in the classroom).

3/8/07: Nouveau Riche University (NRU) strives to provide its Students with the very best in real estate investing education. This April, we’re pleased to introduce TWO new classes at the College—Bookkeeping and Probate Purchases! Bookkeeping utilizes QuickBooks® software to help Students get their real estate investing businesses up and running. Probate Purchases is a course designed to introduce Students to a strategy for obtaining leads to buy property that is for sale but has not yet been exposed to the market.
