Jeff Armstrong

Possessing over 17 years of real estate experience and a handsome real estate note and property portfolio, Jeff Armstrong is currently President/Owner of Armstrong Capital, a unique niche business in the real estate industry, specializing in the marketing, negotiating, processing, brokering, and purchasing of existing first position, seller-financed real estate secured notes on the secondary market.  The author of six industry-related books, including "Personal Cash Flow Prosperity", as well as editor of the monthly publication Noteworthy Newsletter, and a contributing columnist for the Growing Wealth magazine, among other various publications, Jeff is passionate about "truly teaching" others his success strategies. A highly recognized speaker and instructor on a wide range of cash flow industry topics, including in-depth content with a focus on the real estate note niche, Jeff states "I love to teach…I love to see former students a year later who come back to thank me for changing their lives for the better." 

Phillip Lechter

An accomplished business owner, real estate investor, and educator, Philip Lechter is currently a co-founder of a mortgage company.  In addition to his mortgage company, over the last seven years Phillip Lechter has grown his investment portfolio to include 11 residential rental units and a retail business. Prior to this, Phil worked various sales, management and marketing positions, building and training sales teams. As a championed leader, he also served as an "apprentice" to Sharon Lechter (his mother) with the Rich Dad Poor Dad Company. In his six years as the Chief Communications Officer, he accelerated as a leader, training coaches, seminar leaders, clubs and individuals, and developing strategic partnerships as well as starting up a global franchise division. Phil looks forward to sharing his vast expertise in business and real estate to help Nouveau Riche students understand and utilize winning strategies to create their own success. 

Mike Ten Eyck

Joining Nouveau Riche in 2005, Mike Ten Eyck brought to his position as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Education Division over 20 years of information services administration experience and over 10 years experience in the higher education industry. Garnering business management experience at such well- known companies as Alltel Information Systems, National Foundation Life Insurance, Southwestern Public Service and Texas Christian University, Mike Ten Eyck participated in Nouveau Riche's "Brain Trust," creating new curriculum and managing existing curriculum. The former Chairman for the prestigious St. Andrew's School Board, he is also the former president of the Higher Education User Group, an association of over 10,000 higher education professionals representing over 700 campuses worldwide that operate the information systems for major universities and higher education institutions. Currently, Mike Ten Eyck manages the Real Market Experts® Franchise of Phoenix and works with the RME corporate office focused on locating, evaluating, and providing investment properties to the Nouveau Riche Community of investors. As a Nouveau Riche Instructor, he looks forward to assisting students with taking action to start or expand their real estate portfolios.
