More about Zane Hansen Zane Hansen grew up painting homes with his father Floyd, working long hours, meeting crucial deadlines, and constantly trying to please home owners. Although painting homes produced the financial necessities, he and his father dreamed of one day owning a business that could create financial freedom and grant them more time to spend with family, while living the lifestyle they desired. In just one month with Nouveau Riche, the two earned the equivalent of painting 18 homes and, in turn, had the opportunity to spend quality time building meaningful family relationships, which both agree is PRICELESS! More about Shanny Moreno Born in Panama, but raised in South Florida, Shanny was taught early on that going to a traditional college, getting good grades and a job was the path to living the “American Dream.” After college, she landed a full time position as a professional Software Engineer at IBM Corporation, but grew tired of zero work satisfaction and, to her surprise, “little pay.” Shanny attended the Nouveau Riche College and with the valuable education she received, she was able to more than double her yearly salary in a matter of months. In May 2007, she was able to leave her unrewarding job at IBM and became “psychologically unemployable!” Using the Nouveau Riche wealth building system, she has built a legacy of wealth by “paying it forward” and teaching others how to do the same. More about Scott & Nanci Rowe Nanci and Scott Rowe, both from Midwest upbringings, began their post college careers working for a large direct marketing company, going business to business selling various company products. After working with the company for 15 years, Nanci and Scott both learned countless, necessary skills to build marketing teams, handle trainings, and set up and manage infrastructures. In July 2006, Nanci came across an ad for Nouveau Riche—a chance encounter that would transform their world! In just 11 months they managed to earn a staggering $422,700, and now look forward to helping hundreds of others identify and achieve their goals of financial and time freedom! More about Bob Tierney Born and raised in the Chicago area, Bob Tierney is an avid learner with an insatiable desire for knowledge. Immediately entering the workforce after high school, he achieved numerous promotions, but discovered working in a plastic or cell phone factory wasn’t what he envisioned for his life. Earning a degree landed him in a software trainer position, with a substantial six figure income, until the company eliminated his position, leaving him struggling in a heavily saturated job market. That’s when he decided to no longer rely on others for creating success in his life. Shortly after, he started a successful remodeling company, but realized even though he was self-employed, his business owned him, not the other way around! Joining Nouveau Riche in September of 2006, they were literally living on their overdraft until the beginning of the month rolled around. Affectionately known as the “$6 Couple,” who had to park across the street at a Nouveau Riche Briefing in Irvine, CA, this couple has certainly come a LONG way…“Going from not having $6 to making over $600,000 is a complete testimony to God’s faithfulness and a constant reminder to never give up on your dreams, because you never know what is right around the corner.”

Humble beginnings taught Paul and Alma early on about hard work and the enormous responsibility of providing for their family.  Watching their co-workers suffer the rude awakening of their so-called retirement years, they sought a different route for their retirement plan. Prior to Nouveau Riche they had no real estate experience. One year later, they have eight properties, with two more in escrow, and have made $340K! They look forward to changing others’ lives, one at a time, with Nouveau Riche’s systems.

Their lives were spinning out of control. A Real Estate Agent, Myrna’s multi-million dollar business and David’s “Mr. Mom” role meant no time for each other. After 10 years in the industry, they owned only one house—their own—until Nouveau Riche…Trading the chaos of their former schedules to work Nouveau Riche, they now spend more time together than ever before.  “We were able to get our lives back and now we can pay it forward and help others take control of their lives,” Myrna passionately says.  “We have found the greatest opportunity there is and are sharing it with as many people as we can.”

More about DeLynn Nedrow

After many years of hard work as a farmer, over the road truck driver, and other various business opportunities, DeLynn Nedrow has always been in search of the “American Dream.” With little to lose, he decided to work for Corporate America. They promised the “American Dream,” but he soon found that opportunity wasn’t there. In Y2K his 401K turned into a 201K, and he realized that he would have to work until he died.

That was at least until, at the age of 56, his son, INSA Jason Nedrow introduced him to Nouveau Riche…and the rest was history! He realized he had finally found everything he’d been looking for all of his life and had reached a place he could call “home.” Nouveau Riche not only promised the “American Dream,” but it delivered it! In the back of his mind, DeLynn’s life-long goal was to be retired at age 57. After a little more than one year with Nouveau Riche, in December of 2007, he turned 57 and achieved his definition of “retirement.” DeLynn’s retirement is achieving his dream of always helping and being of service to others, while still being able to provide a nice living for his family and, in turn, having the freedom to do the things he wants to do, when he wants to do them.

DeLynn can’t thank his son enough for persevering in getting him to see the Nouveau Riche opportunity. More about Shelley and Jason Andrus

Shelley Andrus

Born and raised in Western New York, with a passion to change the world, Shelley Andrus set out for the West to earn a degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies at Brigham Young University. Although her first true passion was international public policy, after meeting her husband Jason and beginning their new life together, she realized the growing need to focus on the home front, emphasizing that “no success in the world can compensate for failure in the home.” After the birth of her first child, Shelley struggled with a desire to continue her efforts to help others and have the flexibility of time for her family. Seeking balance, she began teaching for a virtual public charter school, where she worked from home and over the Internet, educating youth. However, her rapidly expanding family of three children in three years left her desperate for more flexibility and less stress. That’s when she discovered her solution…Nouveau Riche.

During her first Nouveau Riche College, Shelley gained inspiration from mentoring with INSA Heather Echevarria and learning about Heather and her husband Ben’s real estate accomplishments.  During that College, Shelley also learned strategies from instructor Mark Kohler that helped her obtain an $18,000 tax return!  Now, Shelley and her husband work Nouveau Riche together, enjoying family time, the benefits of an expanding real estate portfolio, and a new way to change the world—paying forward the Nouveau Riche opportunity!

Jason Andrus

Growing up in Southeast Idaho, Jason Andrus worked hard for his family’s trucking company, hauling coal and grain. He thanks his parents for instilling a strong work ethic in him, but the ups and downs of the family business left him craving the stability of a good job with excellent benefits.  After returning from his two year mission in New York for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jason began working for UPS, where he spent 10 years working up the seniority ladder, from throwing boxes to driving. Finally he landed his “dream job” as a feeder truck driver of three trailers (triples) from Idaho Falls to Salt Lake City, working four nights a week, 50-60 hours, and driving through horrific conditions during the winter.  The “dream job” quickly became a nightmare with an impending 25 years of the same road and trip.  Recognizing the toll of the job on his co-workers lives—divorced, grumpy, miserable, poor physical health—he sought a new path.

Fascinated by real estate and the booming market of Southeast Idaho, Jason tried his novice hand at real estate. Luckily, INSA Jason Nedrow, the Andrus’ vacuum salesman at the time, invited them to a presentation on Nouveau Riche. Just five days before Jason’s wife gave birth to their third child, he went to his first Nouveau Riche College. Utilizing the education, only one year later, both Jason and his wife fired their bosses. Eighteen months after their introduction to Nouveau Riche, Jason and Shelley became certified and have since made over $250k in marketing and another $250k in active real estate transactions—not to mention the passive income and net worth!

In addition to working Nouveau Riche with his wife, Jason and his real estate business partner, Gary Norris, co-host the popular radio show, The Real Estate Rebels, using this show as a platform to introduce listeners to Nouveau Riche Instructors, real estate strategies, and empower others to change their lives with Nouveau Riche.

More about Andrew Yurasek

Andrew Yurasek is a decorated, eight-year Marine Veteran who served during Desert Shield/Storm. After his years of service, Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from Concordia University, WI, with a degree in business, and took several executive-level courses at Notre Dame University and Northwestern University.

Leveraging his experience and education, he excelled in business sales in Corporate America for 10 years, serving in executive-level positions for companies including a fortune 1000 company, where he was consistently a top income earner.  This success enabled him to open his own business investing in real estate, buying and selling hundreds of properties (he now owns over 80 properties!) over the last seven years. Andrew also runs the Chicago radio show Profit on the House, which he utilizes to educate local investors on the value of investing in real estate, and teaches strategies to maximize profits. In addition to this, Andrew is a national speaker and trainer specializing in sales training and real estate investing.

During his most recent position with Nouveau Riche as an IRA, Andrew played a key role in developing the Utah, Illinois and Florida markets. In his new position as an INSA, he now looks forward to accelerating the Southern Texas market and enriching many others’ lives with Nouveau Riche.
