More about Tevita Ma'ilei

Tevita Ma’ilei came from humble beginnings, working for over a decade as a ground laborer, in the Landscaping and Tree Trimming business. His life would soon change with a phone call from a friend, INSA Charles Hosea. After attending a Nouveau Riche Local Briefing, Tevita knew he finally found the vehicle that would lead him to reaching his goal of financial freedom. Partnering with his mentor Charles, he quickly went from making a mere $21,000 a year to generating over $21,000 a month! At last, Tevita was able to achieve his dreams of pursuing a career that he loves, helping others achieve their dreams, while providing a bright and prosperous future for his wife and four children.

More about Vanessa Otero and Kallen Marques

Vanessa Otero, a UCLA graduate in English and Pre-Med, and Kallen Marques, an immigrant from Brazil who earned a BA in Business and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Higher Education, both knew they wanted more out of life than their jobs could offer. In November of 2006, they discovered Nouveau Riche and knew that they could use all aspects of the system to get what they really wanted out of real estate and their American Dream. Neither of them being in a good financial position, they immediately focused on the marketing opportunity. A couple months after getting certified—and still broke—they banked on the idea that being mentored by INSA Cheri Tree in the early days of a market would pay off. Kallen followed Cheri to Hawaii while Vanessa remained in Los Angeles, maintaining her job and marketing Nouveau Riche part-time. Within six months, they were able to generate well over six figures in income, allowing Vanessa to quit her job, and move to Hawaii permanently to join Kallen. Today, they continue to successfully market the Nouveau Riche opportunity, feeling blessed to be part of the Hawaiian market and to work with the amazing people in the community. Now contributing as Independent Regional Advisors, they truly feel they are fulfilling their dreams.

More about Brent Ragan

Early on, exuding a passion for excellence, Brent Ragan developed focus along with physical and spiritual discipline through the martial arts. He excelled in corporate America for 10 years in one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 100 fastest-growing, privately-held companies in America. Searching for more, he left to seek out a career in real estate investing. Learning first through the “school of hard knocks,” as a licensed real estate agent, Brent set new sales records in Beverly Hills before discovering Nouveau Riche—the ideal vehicle to generate massive success and the ability to pass that gift on to others. After acquiring 26 investment properties in his first year with Nouveau Riche, Brent left real estate sales in Los Angeles to live out his dream of moving to Maui, Hawaii. As an ISA, over the last two years, Brent has helped develop the Maui market and assisted many in finding their path to financial freedom and personal development. He also assisted in the development of the Denver and Boulder, Colorado, markets with his mentor, INSA Cheri Tree.
