About Ryan Bloxham

Ryan Bloxham has been investing in real estate for nearly nine years. Born and raised in Southern Idaho, he’s always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit and recognizes the extreme importance of education. After attending Brigham Young University, he worked in several different areas before discovering his passion in real estate investing. Amazing mentors taught him the ins and outs of both real estate investing and business. As Ryan says "I have had the pleasure of being mentored by some of the greatest minds in the various areas of real estate that I currently work in. If I can help others achieve their goals by acting as a mentor to them, I know of no greater accomplishment than helping others find success."

Ryan and his wife (Nouveau Riche’s own “Coach Melissa Bloxham”) began working as a team consulting for real estate investors. He now specializes in foreclosure auctions, fix and flips and wholesaling. His expansive portfolio contains properties in Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Texas, and Arizona, and plans to branch out to the East Coast in the very near future.

Utilizing his years of investing experience, Ryan truly brings to his new role both a real-world view on real estate investing and much excitement about sharing his knowledge with the Nouveau Riche Community.

 

 





About John Dessauer

John is a self-made millionaire, dedicated to helping others achieve financial independence so they, too, can achieve their dreams.

After a highly successful sales career in the environmental industry, John left to establish his own national environmental company, which he grew to exceed $5-million in gross revenues in the first 14 months! Inspired to create passive income and achieve complete, financial freedom, he then founded a real estate investing and property-management corporation. Through innovative and creative investing techniques that he developed, John turned this company into a million-dollar business in just over a year. More about Charles Hosea

Four and a half years ago when Charles Hosea learned about Nouveau Riche, he admits he didn’t have much. One thing that helped him then and continues to allow him to flourish: his big heart. When he was only 10 years old, Charles immigrated to the United States with his family and a burning desire to live the “American Dream.” Although he didn’t speak English, Charles had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for the opportunities available to him, and a desire to repay his blessings.

Now, the proud father of seven children and two grandchildren, Charles owns a Social Service agency, which he established in 1994, that serves under-privileged children and families, youth-at-risk and disabled adults. When he joined Nouveau Riche in August of 2003, he discovered a new way to give back to others.

He says, “One of my favorite quotes is ‘When there is no vision, the people perish.’” Charles thanks Co-founders Jim Piccolo, Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder for their strong vision and the opportunity “pay it forward.” He describes Nouveau Riche’s leaders as “people with enough passion to light the rest of us on fire.”

As an Independent Regional Advisor, Charles played a key role in opening up and building the Southern California market in 2005, before moving to Hawaii to be with his family and share the Nouveau Riche opportunity with the islanders. In his new position as an Independent National Senior Advisor, Charles looks forward to infusing the Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Kansas markets with his deep spirit and desire to enrich as many lives as possible through Nouveau Riche.

“Something becomes of great value only when it is shared….Others get to feel and enjoy what it is that you’ve come to enjoy. I am grateful for my family, and the association with Nouveau Riche and its leaders,” Charles says. He offers these words of reflection: “Think again about your person and why you’re here.
