Nouveau Riche University offers a real estate educational experience unlike any other and our phenomenal growth speaks volumes: our revenue for the single day of 12/1/06 increased by 134% from the entire month of January 2006.
How do we continue the trend?
To reach the next level, we need to “do everything we can to build a better product, better distribution method, better tools to get the word out, and most importantly, continue to build this Community!”
Jim offered his gratitude to each of you, our valued Community members, by stating: “What you have is phenomenal and what you’ve done is even more phenomenal - you believe and take action for yourself, and then help spread the word to others! “It’s not about us (the Founders) – this Company is successful because of you!”

Cutting-Edge Technology: S.M.A.R.T. System – Student Multi-Functional Automated Results Tracking – new technology to improve your educational experience. This new System will be used throughout the classrooms, starting at our April College. These electronic devices will be used for your class assessments and
surveys. They will send information instantly to the instructor, so that instructors may hone in on topics Students aren’t grasping during the class, and will help instructors “read the pulse of the class.”
New Marketing Tool: Live Income Opportunity Presentation 75-minute DVD – “the most powerful method of communication, with respect to selling product, is word of mouth!” This outstanding tool will help you share presentations long distance. NRU ISA Community Newsletter: American Dream: Reflections of “U” - a “scrapbook” of Community photos of our journey, helping us stay connected as we continue to grow. A copy was passed out to each ISA in attendance. If you missed this event, you will be receiving a copy in the mail. You may also purchase copies in your Business Center.
