Write-Sign System – the simplified order completion process. Effective September 4th, no more faxing documents for signature verification! Individuals will be able to sign online with a real signature using innovative technology that complies with and goes beyond the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). The new and improved order process means ISAs will be able to obtain order information via phone or an Order Information Form, the customer will receive an email with a link to the order summary and product Terms & Conditions, and the customer can then "Write-Sign" the Terms & Conditions using a computer mouse or PDA stylus!
