Presenting the basics of how to get started in any market, this class teaches students methods of approaching prospects and building relationships that help gain the edge over the competition. Students will learn how to create a variety of exit strategies that assist the homeowner. Course Objectives: Understand the foreclosure process and how pre- foreclosures fit into the process. Learn the value of and how to create your own complete and timely property lists. Learn the fundamentals of building rapport and leaving the first contact with useful information. Understand the importance of analyzing the deal to create and implement a variety of solutions for homeowners.
