Students learn ways to locate and place tenants, deal with day-to-day operations and handle challenges as they arise. Students examine the tax advantages of owning rental property and analyze advanced rental strategies to maximize cash flow. This class emphasizes the ways to find high-quality tenants with whom the student can establish lasting business relationships. |
