Content: Through a guided exercise, students will learn how to pursue real estate strategies that maximize each student’s individual strengths. Students will analyze various investing strategies and identify the resource requirements, skill sets and personality traits most suited to each strategy in order to turbo-charge profits. Special emphasis will be given to the clarification of personal investing goals and creating a plan to achieve them. Course Objectives: Understand the importance of business vision. Assess the role that resources and inclinations can play in selecting a business strategy. Explore resource requirements and profit timelines for various strategies. Complete a personal investing evaluation and write a business vision. Learn how to be a more profitable investor.
