Chris is making an exciting transition from Independent Regional Advisor of Northern California, Nevada, and Oregon into the role of Independent National Senior Advisor of his own territory. His determination and incredible leadership skills led him to earn a highly-sought after spot in the Nouveau Riche 2007 Winner’s Circle and assist in building-up a successful marketing team in Northern California, Nevada, and Oregon. As a child, Chris Record watched his mom barely get by on welfare and section 8 housing, which motivated him to one day become a successful business owner and achieve financial freedom to help his family. So, at age 20, he decided to launch his own Web site design and marketing business out of his home. He teamed up with Google and, in 2005, his business finally took off. For the first time in his life he was earning six figures!  Chris soon learned the hard way that as his income would rise, his expenses would rise to match it, and he was just broke at a higher level. When Chris realized that he wanted to own a portfolio of cash flow positive real estate to produce passive income, he had no idea how to get started. Soon after a friend introduced him to Nouveau Riche, his life would completely change!

Less than two years later, Chris and his business partner earned well over half a million dollars in income, worked together as Independent Regional Advisors for the Northern California, Nevada, and Oregon region, and helped dozens of people to change their lives, as well! In September 2008, Chris was promoted to the prestigious position of Independent National Senior Advisor for North Carolina and Virginia. Chris is looking forward to building a successful marketing team in his new region and to continue on the path of "paying it forward" to the Nouveau Riche Community!
