Scottsdale resident, Nouveau Riche CEO Jim Piccolo, founder of The Frank Edward Piccolo Foundation, and philanthropist, William Shatner, recently teamed up to support children’s charities.

The North Scottsdale Independent and The Town of Paradise Valley Independent newspapers recent feature article, “Foundation partners with resident to help children”, announces Jim Piccolo and The Frank Edward Piccolo Foundation’s new partnership with Starlight Children’s Foundation. The partnership includes a generous donation of $75,000 made by Jim Piccolo and The Frank Edward Piccolo Foundation to assist Starlight’s efforts to “benefit and transform the lives of seriously ill children and their families in and around Arizona.”

“We are thankful for this pledge and look forward to seeing all the smiling faces this support will create,” said Jo Ann Yeo, community development officer for Starlight Arizona.

The Frank Edward Piccolo Foundation
Formed in 2007 by Jim Piccolo, The Frank Edward Piccolo Foundation is named for Piccolo’s father who passed away in 1987 after a brief battle with cancer. The foundation focuses on making a difference in the lives of others, and has supported a variety of causes since its inception.
